A Game-Changer.
Dedicated to providing non-profits with the best in leadership development, with a focus on communication skills, confidence building and team culture.
When I started as a facilitator in 2018, it was as a side project based on my passion for elevating people to the best of their potential. I knew that there were early-stage professionals out there who could benefit from a skills or confidence booster, and I knew I could help.
In 2022, after successfully leading the acquisition by a large international NGO of the startup for which I was Chief Program Officer, I realised it was time for action: formalise my offerings as a trainer, a coach and a facilitator to create JLeskin Leadership.
Now I serve clients all over the world and am thrilled to share my passion and values with you to help further your mission.
